About the Role:
We’re looking for a presentable and proactive Site Admin to support and handle day-to-day administrative operations across our head office, factory, and construction site. This role is essential in keeping our business running smoothly, ensuring everything from logistics to government relations is handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, bills, maintenance, and petty cash.
Coordinate cleaning, transportation, and event arrangements.
Handle employee accommodation, site access, attendance, and payroll tracking.
Manage licenses, renewals, and communication with government offices.
Monitor tools and equipment at construction sites.
Ensure timely permits and compliance across projects.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
3–5 years’ experience in administrative roles.
Strong skills in organization, communication, and time management.
Proficient in Excel, email tools, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in multi-location environments (office, factory, site).
Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across teams.
